This collection (Déjà Rêvé), explores the realm of the identity crisis we are facing as we are fragmented between reality and simulation. Déjà rêvé translates to “already dreamed”. It is the moment where dreams and realities fuse.
Each artwork is created using uniquely crafted prompts and merging thousands of iterations extracted from the latent space to represent the collective human essence as experienced by the artist. The output is the result of an iterative visual play by play of the creative flow and inner struggles of the artist.
The collection urges the viewer to look inward and preserve our true soul essence as we rapidly evolve alongside machines.
The images were alchemized between November - December 2022 and represents a pivotal moment and vibrant creative period of the AI art renaissance and the creative collective consciousness.

The Fortress
My soul fortress seems safe in a world where dangers and enemies are everywhere, yet isolation is a trap. It's the myopic illusion of knowing that prevents the Self from evolving. Do we risk stagnation when operating in isolation? Does our rigid view create an echo chamber of false realities?

Mind // Full
My heart is stirring and my mind is awakening. I am trapped between the purgatory of mindfulness and mind//fullness. My ignorance was blissful, but my awakening is calling.
Points of reference synthesize our version of a simulation. Our soul is begging for us to self-curate our inputs or risk being a product of the system.

Do I plug into the Mass Distraction to ignore the Mass Destruction. Am I bound forever in industrial servitude to feed the machine?

For a moment, I am caught in the spotlight of my Ego in a weak moment of self-righteous bliss. Limited feedback loop of MY version of the simulation. Naive self-awareness is the Ego's favorite entrapment.

Which shall we seek council from when the duality rips our soul in two. In the temple of the mind, the soul is relegated into a place of silence. We remain in a place of equal comfort and discomfort.

As I set my foot at ground level and place my crown of protection, I remain in perceived safety and possible mediocracy. The Self gives a sigh of relief as it senses a resting place, but the Soul asks: where is my flow?
